Even though you do not need a referral, if you have a doctor or another health professional involved in your treatment you may still want to ask them to provide you with a letter outlining your history and current treatment. This assists Dr Tadros with her assessment of your situation. If you provide written consent Dr Tadros can contact your doctor or other health professional to discuss your treatment.
